Through the cooking process quinces obtain a splendid orange to reddish colour. The warm, spicy coriander seeds enrich the taste of this jelly with a true and special perfume.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
Artisanal Belgian product.
Jelly is made from the juice of cooked fruit and should be beautifully clear. Sweet or savoury, it pairs perfectly with meat, game, or as a flavour enhancer in sauces.
