Deze unieke combinatie is een en al smeuïge verleiding. Doordat deze konfijt de zachte textuur heeft van een vruchtenboter kan je deze gemakkelijk verwerken in sauzen maar ook als een fijne laag in een hapje of op toast verwerken. Het zoetzure van de braambessen met de diepte van de laurier past uitermate goed bij vlees.
