Deze confituur wordt ambachtelijk bereid met 73g fruit per 100g confituur.
Het geheim van deze smaakvolle confituur is: weinig toegevoegde suiker en de selectie van het fruit dat de boventoon voert.
We gebruiken hiervoor de Wilamette framboos. Dit is een zomerframboos. De vruchten zijn donkerrood, groot en stevig met een zoete smaak.
